Weekend Wedding

Having a long weekend is the best!

I had such a great weekend with friends, celebrating the wedding of two of my favorite people, and spending time with Travis.

Yesterday was the wedding of our friends JoJo and Melissa and I was so honored they asked me to do their makeup for such a special occasion.

I also did the makeup for their moms and Melissa’s aunt, but unfortunately my camera decided to break so I don’t have any pics of them. They are beautiful women anyway so it was super easy and really fun. It meant a lot to be able to share such a special day with them.

Because I had such a busy day I started it by running a few miles and eating a huge bowl of cereal. And since I was so busy all day I forgot to eat until dinner at the wedding. Everything was so good I ate it too fast to take a picture. But believe me when I tell you it was awesome! There was a Mac and Cheese bar, enough said!!

I have to admit, I was super-duper pissed when my camera stopped working because everything was so nice. The venue, the decorations, the food. All of it was such a wonderful reflection of the their personalities.

Before my camera busted I did get a picture of the awesome desserts! Yogurt tap and a fly cake(Melissa is a super scientist and works with fruit flies).
