This morning’s BodyPump was more intense than I had anticipated. We did a lot of bicep curls and chest. So when I was getting ready for work, drying my hair was almost a chore. I almost skipped and did some cardio instead, but I’m glad I went because my upper body needed a good workout.
The only downside of class was that I was yawning the whole time. The past couple of weeks I have been so tired. I don’t mean the tired where you take a quick nap in your car during lunch(am I the only one?) and you’re all good. I’m talking, the kind of tired where you workout 5 days a week to get energy, eat all your fruits and veggies, get the right amount of sleep and nothing.
I know that I have a lot on my plate and all 7 of my days are jam-packed between being in school part-time, work full-time, etc but something’s gotta give!
I have to admit that I don’t take multi-vitamins. I know it’s really bad but I never think about taking them. And once I do have them I forget to take them and feel like I’ve wasted money so I don’t buy them anymore.
I just assume get the nutrients from the source. But clearly I’m not doing good with this statement since I’m not eating foods that contain these said nutrients.
I went to Whole Foods and picked out a women’s formula and I’m hoping that helps. I’ll give it the allotted 2 weeks you’re supposed to give any new product and see how I feel.
I really don’t want to have to get blood work done or anything drastic like that. Also I hate getting shots or anything related so I’ll take a vitamin and cross my fingers. I honestly think my exhaustion is just a vitamin deficiency so some kind that can easily be resolved by take one of these daily.
We’ll see how it goes.
