Shabby Apple Giveaway

When Travis goes out-of-town for work I keep my meals very minimal and easy so I don’t have too much to clean. It’s mostly out of laziness that I’d rather have a meal that can be prepared and eaten out of one bowl then placed in the dishwasher after. I try to leave the fancier meals that require multiple dishes to be washed for when he’s home so I can have a clean up helper;)

But after three nights of tuna I mixed it up and decided to make a veggie wrap.

In the wrap was:

• Mix of sautéed onions, peppers, brussel sprouts
• Corn
• Black Beans
• Avocado
• Tomatillo Salsa

I don’t know why I don’t make this more? It literally took me less than 20 minutes and was super healthy. I did have a pan to clean after, but it wasn’t awful. A quick and easy one person meal after a nice day at the dog park!
